We want to make using Ardens-QMasters as easy as possible, but we understand you may need some additional help. We offer additional training, regular updates and various methods to access support so that you can always find the answers to your questions.


Face to Face training will give you the most hands-on and engaging support that we provide. We can customise any session to meet your specific learning requirements, as well as hints and tips to enable you to use the most optimal functionality of Ardens-QMasters. Training can be provided at a GP Practice, Locality, CCG or User Group level. 


One of our up and coming support features is our webinars. Ardens-QMasters webinars will give you face to face training but from your workplace or home. We offer webinars for any forthcoming updates, to demonstrate any new features and to offer as an alternative to face to face training were needed. Webinars can be recorded and shared with colleagues.

As well as useful training videos, the EMIS Support page also includes handy support articles and FAQs. If you are not sure exactly what you are looking for, type keywords into the search bar and suggested articles will appear.
