The Chronic Disease (QOF) Recall searches suite is designed to look for patients who are due recalls in specific months, either due to their birth date or due to the entry of the ‘Recall Arranged’ code which flags them as being due.
To access and run the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 1.1 Chronic Disease (QOF) Recall Syst folder.
To run all searches contained in the 1.1 Chronic Disease (QOF) Recall Syst folder, select the folder and either right click and select the Run option or click on the Run option located on EMIS ribbon:
The Run box will ask you if you want to run all the reports in the folder. Select Yes (ignoring the Advanced Options link).
In order to specify the month required, the Run Parameters box will display. This will allow you to enter the specified month (please ensure the parameters are set as per below).
Select the appropriate month using the drop down provided, depending on the month of birth to be called in.
