The £111 payment will be weighted and so the actual amount you will receive will be more than this if you have a larger than average PCN with at least average chronic disease prevalence, or it may be less than this if your PCN is smaller than average with lower average chronic disease prevalence. The average PCN size is 48,000 patients and you can look at your historical PCN prevalence data here. This shows you have very low LD prevalence and so you are likely to receive less money for LD checks. It is not clear how the prevalence weighting will be applied as the business rules have not yet been published.
