Ardens includes a large number of auto-populating standardised document templates. The following webinar, held on Thursday 6th August demonstrates how to access these and will cover the following:
- Electronic completion of benefits forms (e.g. DS1500 reports)
- Cervical Smear letters (including screening, invitation letters, and DNA letters)
- Child protection reports that auto-populate with relevant information
- Consent forms for various procedures (e.g. coil removals, implants, joint injections and minor surgery)
- Future planning using the Ardens clinical templates to produce an auto-populated end-of-life care plan, including DNACPR forms and cremation forms
- Using the 'Equipment loan' module to record loan of practice equipment (e.g. blood pressure monitors) to patients.
- Using the 'New Registration' clinical template alongside our 'New Patient Questionnaire' to standardise recording of information from new patients
- Mail merging recall letters to patients
- Creating BMA template letter responses to support GP workload
