Ardens has provided a suite of searches to help practices monitor activity, alerts, case finders, performance indicators and register information for various conditions. These include Cardiovascular, Care Home, Frailty and End of Life, Diabetes and Respiratory conditions.


To locate the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 5.1 Ardens Condition Reports.

 

 

 Each Conditions folder is then broken down by subfolders.


 

 The Activity Last Month folder provides information around diagnosis, reviews and screening completed in the last month.


 

 The Alerts folder displays patients with possible safety issues.


 

The Case Finders folder includes additional searches to increase prevalence and will display patients who do not have a QOF diagnosis code on their records, however they fulfil certain criteria which indicates potentially they should.

The Performance Indicators folder includes searches identifying where certain elements of the review is missing.



The Registers folder includes additional registers which practices may find useful over and beyond the standard QOF register.



Each of the Conditions folders also contains an Ardens Manager Service Report.


The Ardens Manager Service Report enables practices to extract the data from EMIS and upload and import to Ardens Manager.  GP Practices, PCNs and CCGs can then visualise and benchmark activity for service evaluation and continually improve the level of healthcare delivered.  For more information on Ardens Manager please click here.
