We have recently been notified that some practices are experiencing issues with incoming coding from Pinnacle and the results of the Ardens COVID19 Searches. We have investigated this further and its been noted that some information from Pinnacle is coming in as 'Inbound Documents', if this is the case, the patients will not be included in the Ardens COVID19 Vaccination AccuBook ready reports.  

To resolve this, practices are to edit the COVID19 Vaccination AccuBook reports as required and include the consultation type of 'Inbound Document'. See instructions below:

Editing the Ardens Reports

Access the Population Reporting module and navigate to the 1.7 Ardens COVID19 Searches > Ardens COVID19 Vaccination Searches folder and locate the required Accubook ready report (example below is in the Second Vaccination Recall folder). 

Right click on the report and select Edit

Scroll to the Vaccinator details column.


Double click within the Criteria section

Double click on the Type of Consultation criteria line.

Search for Inbound document and double click to select the code.

Click OK

Please note - the date range can be changed by editing the Date criteria. 

Click OK.

Click on Save and Run once complete.
