To upload your QOF data from SystmOne to Ardens Manager, please follow the below steps:


1. Open the QOF dashboard in Ardens Manager and select the 'Upload' task in the top-right task box.


2. Open SystmOne, navigate to your QOF Indicators screen. (Reporting>QOF Indicators)



3. Select the 'Print QOF Summary Sheets' option.



3a. Two documents will open. Close the 'How am I Driving' document and keep open the 'End of Financial Year' document. 


4. Copy all the information in the 'End of Financial Year' document. Click on Page 1 of the document, then CTRL+A to select all followed by CTRL+C to copy all on your keyboard. 


5. Re-open Ardens Manager. Click in the first box of the upload task, then CTRL+V on your keyboard to paste in your data. 


Case Finders Upload


6. If you are a subscriber, you are able to also upload you QOF Case Finder data. Follow the steps below to do this.


7. Open SystmOne, navigate to your Clinical Reporting screen and open the Ardens folder. (Reporting>Clinical Reporting>Ardens Ltd.)



8. Find the 'Contracts | 2022-23 | QOF' folder and open this up to select the 'Case Finders' sub-folder. Run all reports in this folder.


9. Once all the reports have run (the date and time will be updated in the 'last run' column), right-click anywhere in the list of reports, select table and open as CSV. 


10. All of the reports and results will now open in CSV format (usually in Excel). Copy everything in this spreadsheet. Click in cell A1, then CTRL+A to select all followed by CTRL+C to copy all on your keyboard. 


11. Re-open Ardens Manager. Click in the bottom box of the upload task, then CTRL+V on your keyboard to paste in your data.
