Ardens EMIS: LTC Recall System Walkthrough

Following our induction sessions, this webinar provides a full walkthrough of the Ardens EMIS LTC Recall System.
We will guide you through the key components of the system, including folder structure and how to use the reports and templates, so you can see how it works in practice.
Additional practice-level training will be available throughout the year to support implementation.

Ardens EMIS: Updated COVID-19 & RSV Resources

Ardens EMIS: Implementing Continuity of Care

Join this practical webinar to explore how the Ardens Continuity of Care resources can support GP Practices and PCNs in implementing a structured, proactive approach to patient management using the RAG (Red, Amber, Green) model.
The session will cover:
- Using the Ardens registers and reports to segment your patient population by clinical need, identifying those requiring proactive and personalised care
- Reviewing and maintaining Continuity of Care status, including identifying patients whose circumstances may have changed and require reassessment
- Improving data quality by identifying patients without a recorded RAG status or where coding may need updating
- Recording and updating RAG status consistently using Ardens templates to support clinical decision-making
- Using alerts to prompt review and ensure Continuity of Care status is kept up to date
- Monitoring Continuity of Care across your practice using dashboards to support population health management, prioritisation, and workforce planning
