Many practices do not realise that it is possible for a patient to appear correctly registered and to have a 'blue precis bar' but to be not fully registered and therefore not included in the 'Currently registered regular patients' cohort on which most searches and almost all payment extractions are based on. This means that there may be patients for whom you are not being paid for Enhanced Services and QOF


This search is called 'Active but not 'currently registered' patients':

When you run the search and 'View results' of the report, you will see patients listed with their registration status history.


These are the patients who you are not currently being paid for. Some of them will need to be deducted, as they should not be registered with you, but some will need to be properly registered. Please contact PCSE to discuss the status of these patients and to confirm next steps.
