To support the Ardens First Contact Practitioner (FCP) resources, the following searches will help practices in identifying FCP and MSK activity. We recommend reading the following support article for a full understanding of how it works.
To locate the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 7.10 Activity - Team + usage > First Contact Practitioner / MSK reporting folder.
The search folder is broken down by First Contact Practitioner and MSK activity, with the option to view activity in the last year and/or last month.
Each folder contains activity for appointments, encounters, management referral and source.
Right click on the search folder (or individual search) and click on the Run option.
Once run, the results will populate in the Population Count column. To view details of the patients include in the search results, click on the Population Included tab.
Right click on the patient to access their record or the 'Check Patient' option, which will outline why the patient has been included in the criteria.
The Population Excluded tab will display patients that do not meet the search criteria, you may want to use this option to identify patients that have not had the relevant data recorded.
