LTC Recall System Walkthrough

Following our induction sessions, this webinar provides a full walkthrough of the Ardens EMIS LTC Recall System.
We will guide you through the key components of the system, including folder structure and how to use the reports and templates, so you can see how it works in practice.
Additional practice-level training will be available throughout the year to support implementation.

Ardens EMIS: Updated COVID-19 & RSV Resources

Join this practical webinar to explore how the latest Ardens vaccination resources can support GP Practices, PCNs, and ICBs in delivering safe, efficient, and consistent care across vaccination programmes such as COVID-19 and RSV.
The session will cover:
- Plan: Use cohort and eligibility reports to identify patients for the vaccination programmes, ensuring invite lists are accurate.
- Notify: Streamline recall processes using structured invitation reports, including first, second, and third invites, with additional support for care home and housebound patients.
- Deliver: Record vaccinations consistently using Ardens templates and protocols, supporting accurate data capture, clinical safety, and alignment with national coding and reporting requirements.
- Evaluate: Monitor vaccination uptake, activity, and performance using reports and dashboards to identify gaps, track invitations, and support population health management.
