Getting Started with Ardens EMIS - Pharmacists and Pharmacist Technicians
Wednesday 3rd September, 1pm - 2pm
This training session is designed for Pharmacists and Pharmacist Technicians who are new to Ardens.
The training will include locating and utilising the pharmacists templates, adding patient recalls for ad-hoc blood tests, identifying recalls due, and navigating the Ardens searches to pinpoint potential clinical safety issues. Additionally, the session will cover topics such as prescribing monitoring, and managing outstanding contract work such as Network Contract DES.
Delivering the 2025-26 Seasonal Influenza & COVID Vaccination Programmes
Thursday 4th September, 1pm - 2pm
Join us for an in-depth webinar on Delivering the 2025–26 Seasonal Influenza & COVID Vaccination Programmes with Ardens, designed to guide your practice through every stage of the vaccination process.
We will cover key areas including:
- Introduction: Understanding the vaccine schedule and how the Ardens resources support your vaccination programme.
- Plan and Recall: Efficiently managing vaccine ordering, reviewing patient eligibility before inviting and organising visits for housebound or care home patients.
- Deliver: Accurately record vaccines given within the organisation and elsewhere.
- Evaluate: Using activity reports, forecasting estimates for the next vaccination season, and using the Ardens Manager dashboards to monitor uptake and identify priority patient groups.
- Additional Learning: Explore further resources, including Ardens Academy modules and recorded webinars, to deepen your knowledge and streamline your Seasonal Influenza and COVID vaccination workflows.
Getting Started with Ardens EMIS - GPs and ANPs
Tuesday 9th September, 1pm - 2pm
The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role.
This session is aimed at introducing the GPs & ANPs to the Ardens resources and covers the likes of general consultation templates, fast track safety netting tools and end of life prescribing and death documentation.
Getting Started with Ardens EMIS - Reception Team
Tuesday 9th September, 1pm - 2pm
The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role.
This session is aimed at reception staff and will focus on the Ardens resources relevant to the team.
Getting Started with Ardens EMIS - Admin Team
Wednesday 24th September, 1pm - 2pm
The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role.
This session is aimed at introducing Senior Administrators, Administrators, Admin Staff responsible for searches to the EMIS Ardens resources and will cover the administration templates.
