Getting Started with the Ardens LTC Recall System
Thursday 9th May, 1pm
The Ardens LTC Recall System supports GP practices with streamlining the management of patients with long term conditions. It is designed to recall patients by month of birth for all conditions at once, meaning those patients with more than one condition will only receive one invitation and fewer appointments.
It includes a comprehensive suite of searches for recalling, enabling practices to use their preferred method of invitation, with reports available for easy transferring of information to third party messaging platforms.
It also consists of searches to enable condition-specific invitation coding and a protocol to support the Reception team in identifying which reviews are outstanding for the patient when booking an appointment.
This webinar will walk you through how to use the system and implement it in your practice.

Pharmacist Training
Tuesday 14th May, 1pm
This training session is designed for Pharmacists and Pharmacist Technicians who are new to Ardens EMIS. The training will include locating and utilising the pharmacists templates, adding patient recalls for ad-hoc blood tests, identifying recalls due, and navigating the Ardens searches to pinpoint potential clinical safety issues. Additionally, the session will cover topics such as prescribing monitoring and managing outstanding contract work such as Network Contract DES.
This session will last 1 1/2 hours and we strongly recommend those attending have basic knowledge of EMIS,

The following sessions are designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role.
