Immform is a separate secure platform which allows GP practices to upload data on their vaccine uptake, this information then enables the Department of Health to collect data on the vaccine uptake for the the relevant vaccination programmes. 

Ardens has made available Immform searches within the Ardens Flu Suite to support GP practices with their seasonal flu upload, in the case of the automatic extraction failing.

The searches can be accessed in the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 3.15 Vaccinations - Flu 2022-23 > 8. Seasonal flu immform upload search folder.

Each sub folder will outline the total number of patients vaccinated.

To run the searches, right click on the required sub folder and select Run. 

This will then provide the information which you need to complete the mandatory fields in the Immform database.

Please note, for TPP users, reports are already available within SystmOne, in the 'System Wide > DH Flu Return 2022-2023' clinical reporting folder.
