Ardens has created a suite of searches to assist practices to identify the main language spoken by patients.


To navigate to the searches, access the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 1.31 Administration - Registration > Info + Review - Language folder.



This folder is broken into 2 sub folders.


 

The first folder contains searches identifying patients with a main language or secondary language recorded, broken down by All languages, English, or Not English.



The second folder will display patients who do not have a main language recorded and then further broken down by contact method.


Once the searches have been run, patients that meet the criteria will be included in the Population Included tab in the bottom half of the screen.
