The searches in this folder are designed to align with the EMIS Web "GP Contract - QOF" searches (as this is the reference point that most GP practices use to monitor QOF achievement). Please note they are not designed to replace the NHS-E extract for CQRS that is used for payment.
To access the searches navigate to Population Reporting > Ardens Searches > 5.20 Contracts - QOF - Monitor24-25:
To view end of year activity, ensure you run the searches with a relative run date of 31st March 2025.
