Ardens has provided practices with a suite of reports to review appointment, referral and other appointment activities.

 

To access the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 1.33 Administration – Activity folder.

 


The folder is broken down into two sub-folders enabling practices the option to look at activity ‘last month’ or at an alternative period stipulated at time of running the reports e.g. fiscal year, calendar year etc.

 

Each folder contains the same reports.


To select a custom timeframe, open the Info – Practice activity – custom reporting period folder and highlight the relevant report. Select Run > Yes and the Run Parameters box will display.

 

Select a timeframe of your choice. Some examples may be:

  • Total DNA in this fiscal year



  • Total DNA since 1st May:



  • Total DNA last quarter:


Click OK once complete.

 

Once the reports have run, the 'Population Count' will all display the same number.



This number will be higher than expected as the search is based on all patients (including deducted, deceased, emergency etc). Each of the reports are reporting on count of activity rather than number of patients, when selecting View Results on the ribbon the report will display your true activity counts.




The Info – Practice activity – monthly folder does not contain parameters and will report on activity last month.
