On Tuesday 17th September 2024 we delivered a webinar aimed at non-clinical staff to learn more about QOF. It provided a clear and engaging introduction to the key principles of QOF and its relevance to GP practices - both from a financial and clinical quality perspective.

This webinar also demonstrated how QOF relevant data can be opportunistically captured by the reception and admin staff during patient interactions.
