Ardens has created a suite of Equipment Loan searches to assist practices with the management and monitoring of equipment loaned to your patients. For further information on the clinical template to assist this process, please see the following support article. 

To access the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 1.30 Administration - Misc > Equipment Loan folder.

All searches are based on ‘Currently registered patients’ and looks for patients that have loaned and returned equipment, patients who have loaned equipment and not returned it and patients currently waiting for equipment.

To view the details of the report. Select the required report and click on View Results on the ribbon. For the example below, we have selected the Equipment loaned to patient and not returned report. The report will display details of the patient, details of the equipment and when it was recorded as loaned.

Ardens has also provided practices with an Equipment Loan Agreement document template and you may wish to use this to gain your patients signature and consent.
