We want to make using Ardens as easy as possible, but we understand you may need some additional support. We offer additional training, regular updates and various methods to access support so that you always find the answers to your questions.
Face to Face and Remote Training
Training will give you the most hands-on and engaging support that we provide, we can customise any sessions to meet your learning requirements, as well as offer hints and tips to enable you to use the most optimal functionality of Ardens for EMIS Web. Online Training Resources
Our Online Training Resources provide a comprehensive library of guidance that can assist you with the day to day features of Ardens. The knowledge base consists of useful training articles and training videos.
There are also role-based training videos which acts as a useful reminder of the Ardens' key functions.

Keeping Up-to date
Ardens EMIS Chat group is our primary channel of communication about updates and a useful resource for support queries. We strongly recommend you join this group so that you are aware of changes to our resources – especially urgent updates.
