Ardens has provided practices with searches to identify percentage of patients of notes that have been summarised, along with an indication of those not summarised and those that need chasing with PCSE

To access the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 1.31 Administration - Registration > Summarisation of patient records folder.

To run the searches, right click on the search folder or individual search and click Run.

The results will display the patients that meet the search criteria, to get an overview of all records NOT summarised you will need to check the Excluded patients.

The other search will show records received recently that have not summarised and those records that need to be chased with PCSE.
