If the Data Sharing Manager options is not viewable when selecting the Configuration option, this maybe because your EMIS Web profile does not include the RBAC code of B0109.
To edit your local EMIS profile, select the EMIS ball > Configuration > Organisation Configuration > Users, then search for your user profile. Edit your profile to include the RBAC activity.
If you are unable to add this yourself, either ask the person who looks after your smartcard profile or your local profile to add this RBAC activity.
