The Ardens search suite has increased over time and practices are updated with new searches every 10-12 weeks. The deployment process, involves manually accessing each practice system and updating. 

If practices would like to download any of the latest Ardens searches before their next routine update, then this can be done via the Ardens Portal.

The Ardens Portal can be accessed here. If using for the first time, you will need to 'Sign up'. 

Once logged in, all search files can be found as per below:

The searches are split into categorised folders. You will find a variety of admin searches including contact detail searches in folder 1.3, medication related searches in folder 1.4, CQRS searches in folder 2.3 and  and Case Finding searches are in folder 5.0.
