The following support article will help you navigate to the Team + Usage searches and advise how best to use them.


Every time an Ardens Clinical Template is saved, a SNOMED code is saved in the patient record with details of the template name in free text. The Staff Activity reports in Ardens have been designed to be useful for monitoring how the Ardens clinical templates are being utilised in your practice and by whom.


How to Navigate to the Staff Activity Folder

To access the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module Ardens Searches > 7.10 Activity - Team + usage folder

The 6-8 week baby checks folder contains a search for you to monitor the number of baby checks completed in the last 12 months.  The report underneath provides more detailed information such as date weight, height, feeding status etc was recorded:

This Ardens template and protocol usage folder contains four sub-folders.

The Ardens Protocol Usage and Ardens template usage + appointments folders each contain searches identifying patients with protocol or template usage recorded in the last 12 months and the last quarter.  Each of these searches have aggregate reports displaying the actual numbers used, plus a report displaying useage by staff members.  A list report named See details of protocols/template usage shows details of which protocol/template has been used by which members of staff and can be exported to excel and filtered if required.  For more information on filtering within excel please see the following support article


The Template usage in all patients ever and Template usage in currently reg'd patients only folders contain very similar reports to the above, but also  breaking down the Ardens template usage by job type.
