Ardens has provided practices with a suite of searches and reports encompassing various registration related areas.

To access the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 1.31 Administration - Registration > Registration related searches folder. 

The Named GP search folder contains 2 searches, the first to identify patients who have been allocated and informed of their named GP and the second identifying those who have not.  Each of the subsequent reports provides more detailed patient information and coding including associated text.

The Registration anomalies search folder identifies patients who may not be fully registered.   More information on this folder can be found here.

The Transition search folder identifies patients with any transgender or gender reassignment code recorded.

The Ukrainian folder provides searches identifying patients from Ukraine to assist practices with supporting refugees or asylum seekers.   You may wish to use the Ardens Asylum seekers and marginalised groups clinical template during their new patient consultation.
