Ardens has provided practices with a suite of searches and reports covering various administration areas. Many of these search folders have associated clinical templates to ensure accurate data recording.


To access the searches, navigate to the Population Reporting module > Ardens Searches > 1.30 Administration - Misc folder.



The folders highlight the following:

  • Info - Death documentation folder contains searches to identify recorded data, or missing information surrounding the patients death.
  • Info - EPS folder assists with monitoring patients who have/have not signed up to the Electronic Prescription Service.
  • Info – firearms folder will identify patients with a recorded firearms/shotgun code.
  • Info – Pregnancy folder identifies patients whose latest code suggests the patient is pregnant. You may wish to periodically check these patients to ensure that coding is accurate. 
  • Info - Virtual Ward contains a search and a report to identify patients added to a virtual ward round.
  • Tracking - Equipment Loan searches assist practices with the management and monitoring of equipment loaded to patients.
  • Tracking - Insurance and other reports folder allows practices to monitor these reports at each stage of their journey through the practice.
  • Tracking - Payments received into practice contains searches to assist practices in managing incoming payments.
  • Tracking - Waiting List identifies patients who have been added to a waiting list. The subsequent report will display patient details along with the name of the waiting list and date recorded.
